42. Meetings of the General Committee may be convened by any two Committee-men. If the votes be equal, the vote of the Chairman or person appointed to act for him shall count as two votes.

43. The General Committee shall have power to appoint and remove all servants of the Club and to fix the amount of their remuneration.

44. The General Committee shall have power from time to time to make, alter and repeal all such bye-laws as they may deem necessary or convenient for the proper conduct and management of the Club, and in particular, but not exclusively, they may by such bye-laws regulate:-

(a) The rules to be observed when and in con- nection with flying and in the conduct and use of aeroplanes and aerodromes and of every description of property used by or belonging to the Club.

(b) The rules to be observed by all persons

taking flying lessons.

(c) The rules and regulations for the reward

of cups, prizes and stakes at any meeting or event held by or under the control of or in connection with the Club.

(d) The rules under which any property of the Club may be lent, hired or let to any person, firm, company or body.

(e) The times of opening and closing of the Club house or other premises belonging to the Club or any part thereof.

(f) The terms as to payment for flying lessons. (g) The admission of visitors to the premises

and benefits of the Club.
